Very nice & fair management at this store. Great deals & merchandise! I came for a stylish black leather couch based off their Facebook ad and found exactly what I was looking for brand new in the box with the option to get it delivered same day. Their furniture display had many beautiful pieces. I will shop here again! I also received a gift for purchasing. Go Support this small business they deserve it!

Joseph, his wife, and their team have a great selection of furniture, household goods, toys and games, and outdoor equipment at discounted prices. I originally came across the store through some listings on OfferUp- but then realized they have a store in Norfolk. My partner and I visited with no real plan, just wanted to look around and see if anything caught our eye. We ended up selecting two nice patio chairs, and a few other nice items. We realized we wouldn’t be able to fit the chairs in our car, so we paid a fee for delivery. Imagine my surprise when Joseph’s wife Isa personally delivered the chairs to our home just a few hours after we bought them! Really great service and we’re very happy with our purchases and the prices we paid. Really glad we stopped by! Thanks again!

Stopped by Optimum Outlet, and I gotta say, I’m real happy with the place. Prices are super reasonable, and they got a nice variety of stuff. Joseph, the owner, is such a good guy—really takes care of his customers. He’s friendly and always willing to help out. Definitely coming back here to shop again
